At M.A.D we are here to Make A Difference. We have specially formulated and blended these certified Organic products to allow our customers to make a difference too. To make a difference to their gardens, allotments, woodlands, farms and growing media and ultimately to their plants/crops, and to the wider environment.

The MAD product range is genuinely revolutionary. We have taken a series of by-products and naturally occurring ingredients and turned them into an organic water retaining granule that rivals peat in terms of moisture
retention, organic fertilisers with a balanced N-P-Ks of 3-2-2 and 10-5-0 (profile for peat free), a world class bio-stimulant, and specially formulated blends of all four of these that will enable gardeners, allotmenteers and growers to see the best possible results.

Too often hundreds of pounds is invested in plants and tools, only to buy a poor quality growing media that limits plant growth, or even causes the plant or crop to fail. MAD products, from our base product, MAD MOISTURE, to our premium, MAD Vegetables & Blooms, supports all growing media to retain water at a rate that only peat can get close to in the organic sector. Meaning, growers can water their plants less, and that nutrients within the soil are retained, instead of simply
being washed away. MAD FRASS, made by feeding excess brewers mash to the black solder fly, puts
the nutrients, Nitrogen, Phosphorus, and Potassium back into the soil, further giving plants access to the nutrients they need to grow and protecting the longevity of the soil. Frass also accelerates the growth of plants and makes them more resilient to pests and insects, reducing the need for pesticides that destroy your natures biodiversity. In this way MAD products turn peat free compost or overworked soil into a
genuinely viable growing medium, with no negative impacts on the wider environment.
