RETURNS POLICY
At M.A.D To Make A Difference Ltd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
Unwanted Items
If you change your mind, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You’ll need to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Once we’ve received the item back and checked it, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- We may ask for a photo of the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Return postage will be covered by us in these cases.

Exclusions
We’re unable to accept returns on:
- Opened or used products (unless faulty)
- Custom or personalised items
- Products returned more than 14 days after delivery (unless faulty)
How to Return an Item

- We’ll confirm the return details and provide the return address.
- Pack the item securely and post it back to us.
- Keep proof of postage—we recommend using a tracked service.
